Let's make a plan for your next project. Whatever it is, big or small we will identify the pain points and wishes, outline the scope and priorities, determine the resources to consider and develop next steps. This may or may not include visuals depending on our scope.
 

Your custom project may include paint color swatches or selections, recommendations on what to keep that is existing or how to best refurbish existing pieces.
 

Includes up to 2 hours in home or virtual, may be a shopping trip.

This may include reviewing and providing selections, shopping, design creation, meeting at the residence, discussing and reviewing in person, via phone, or virtually, project management and resolution as necessary.

Billed monthly in 15 minute increments as needed.

Design boards are created to provide ideas & inspiration, a means to best establish style and can be used as a purchasing vehicle for custom and E-Design clients.

Custom Design includes a phased approach to larger projects and may include design, project management with vendors, floor planning, curated selections, procurement of product, installation as applicable in the course of developing the plan.

 

Vacant staging estimates are custom, based on several factors: the size of home, number of rooms being staged, amount of existing furniture, if any, time to turnaround among others. An estimate for vacant services is included with a vacant staging consultation. 

 4 hours hands-on styling to prepare for photography
 

- Furniture placement - to enhance home features and invite the greatest number of buyers in.
 

- Accessories - using owned and purchased items to inspire potential buyers.
 

- Revisit consultation checklist to ensure completion of highest priority value added recommendations.

8 hours of hands-on styling to prepare for photography. Shopping for any staging product & furnishing needs.
 

-This fee does not include the price of the products. The homeowner assumes the purchase price and keeps at the end of staging.
 

-Care is taken to provide the most beautiful, economical options to inspire buyers and a budget is established upfront. As applicable, trade discounts are passed on with purchases. Ask for details. 

Bedding, towels, pillows, rugs, accessories, lighting, art, or whatever is needed. I'll curate what fits your space best, purchase, and deliver with style.
